I recently stayed at Tower regency Hotel and apartment and my experience was average. ✅ Location: The hotel is situated in a convenient area, making it easy to access local attractions ✅ Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were needed improvement ✅ Service: The staff was helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. ✅ Amenities: The hotel offers free breakfast,which enhanced my stay. Overall Experience: I would recommend with some reservations this hotel to families . The stay was enjoyable and I would probably return.

真的是國內八十年代酒店既視感 衞生和設施都很差 床單都是有汙漬的 洗臉池下水管道居然沒連接好，一邊放水一邊漏水 中間斷了一截 要不是活動舉辦方定在這裡，根本不會來

A little dated hotel. Hotel will need revamp. The room is spacious, but empty. Bedsheets are thin and unclean. Itchy after sleeping. Service staff are helpful and polite though

The hotel is very old, but its strategic location near Dataran Ipoh. Free basement parking is available, which is convenient. A RM50 deposit is required at check-in. The rooms are spacious and offer good views.However, the breakfast options are quite basic, and the fruit was not fresh. Additionally, if you need an iron, it is located outside the room.

One of the worst bedroom I got it. No clean at all. Get 1203 room n it's look like I been admitted in hospital, that kind of environment. Pillow cover got numbers like hospital pillow cover. Plaster celling dirts all on bed and towel yellow bed cover also dirty. Then complain to front office staff to change room then they change it to better room but still not worth for the price I gave.
